Every February you get the same return. A kids' mitten that came apart at the seam, or one that never stayed on long enough to get wet in the first place. The parent is annoyed, you are out the margin, and the brand that sold it to you has already moved on to next year's assortment.

L-Bow has been making the same mitten since 1991 and improving it since. A long gauntlet that pulls over the coat sleeve and holds above the elbow, with no strings, no clips, and nothing for a kid to fight with in a parking lot. Parents in Minnesota and Wisconsin have been buying it for their second and third kid, and a lot of them are now buying it for their grandkids.

• Rain-Bow rain suits, fully waterproof, sizes 2T through 6-7, and the reason the line moves in spring as well as winter

Designed in Minnesota, manufactured overseas. We do not offer custom embroidery, badging, or school colors, on any order size.

Where L-Bow Already Sells

Farm and fleet retailers, independent sporting goods shops, and children's boutiques across the upper Midwest and the Northeast. Our strongest markets are Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, New York, and Massachusetts, which is the same map most of our retailers are working from.

The three warmth levels do the merchandising work for you. A parent picks the level by what her kid actually does outside, and the system gives you a clean good, better, best shelf without three brands on it.

Who You'll Be Working With

L-Bow was started in 1991 by Diane, who was tired of watching her own kids come inside with snow packed up their sleeves. Her son Kevin took over the business in 2018, and Olivia came on in the early 2020s. They run it out of Waconia, Minnesota. When you email about a reorder, one of them answers it.
