The '90s called. They want credit for the best color blocking on the hill.

The gauntlet goes over the coat sleeve and secures above the elbow, so there's no gap for snow to get in at the wrist and nothing to fall off at the bus stop.

Neon colorblock owned every slope in the '90s, and this mitten brings that energy back in green, blue, purple, or teal. The 100g insulation, waterproof breathable bladder, and full Sure Grip palm hold up through ski mornings, long sledding afternoons, and snow days that run past lunch, built for kids who are out longer and colder than a school day asks. If the day is just recess and the walk home, the Original does the job. If it's all-day skiing in the deepest cold, move up to the Superior Mitten. And you can spot these from across the hill, which makes finding your kid a little easier.

  • 100g Thinsulate insulation
  • Waterproof breathable bladder
  • Long gauntlet, goes over coat sleeve, secures above the elbow
  • Neon colorblock design
  • Sure Grip palm patch
  • Reflective detailing
  • Taslon nylon shell
Will it fit over a puffy coat sleeve?

Yes, that's what the gauntlet is built for. It goes over the sleeve, not under it. If your kid is between sizes, go up. The gauntlet works best with a little room.

Are these waterproof?

They have a waterproof breathable bladder, so hands stay dry through snow and wet play while the mitten still breathes.

How do I wash them?

Machine wash cold. Dry on low or no heat, or let them air dry overnight.

"I picked up a pair of these mittens from a local store when my son was younger, which he wore for 2 years, and outgrew. I ordered him a new pair, in the larger size, and am still loving these mittens. Before, he would get so frustrated with conventional mittens, as they would always fall off. Now, we don't have to worry about his mittens falling off, or snow getting into the top of them. He stays plenty warm, and dry with these."
